No. A candidate opens their personal link and picks a slot. There is nothing to install and no password to create. The same link is what they use later to reschedule or cancel.
Yes, through a single Google sign-in. Calendar sync keeps your existing events from being double-booked, and a Meet room is created automatically for each interview. The two work independently, so you can connect one without the other.
The personal link a candidate books with also reschedules and cancels, so someone who can no longer make it moves the slot themselves instead of going silent. When it happens anyway, one click marks the interview as a no-show, and the rate shows on your dashboard next to the candidate's history.
